Calcutta High Court Advocare Sutapa Sanyal was present at Brainware University to conduct a seminar on 'Intellectual Property Rights and IP Management and Professional Practices for Startups' for the LLM students.
The seminar was organised by the Institution's Innovation Council (IIIC) in collaboration with the Department of Law on June 1, 2023.
Sanyal had some useful and important suggestions for the students who wish to start their careers as practioneers. In such a career, one needs to look into the fact that everyone should get equal opportunities. She also highlighted the importance of holding Lok Adalats at the ground level so that justice can be ensured across all sections of the population.
