A visionary with proven leadership qualities, administrative capabilities as well as teaching and research credentials. Minimumof 10 years experience in academic administration in University system . Should not be more than 60 years of age .Should have excellent verbal and written communication.Should have proven experience in academic administration in a private university that has attained the rank of "A" or above in NAAC and should have in depth, hands on knowledge of all the criteria in NAAC assessments.

His focus would be to get A+ in NAAC for Brainware University.

He /she should have at least 10 years of progressive experience working with national and international agencies guiding research and development.

He should have 120 API score per year (last three years) in Category III of PBAS for of UGC ( Research and academic contribution ).

Must have proven skills in managing research and development teams working across disciplines and research topics.

He should have ability to develop new and innovative research collaborations as demonstrated by both programme development and fund raising.

Must have proven skills to develop research strategies and planning with an aim to undertake foresight analysis in research and development.

Must have skills to develop and deploy technology interventions that focus on progressive research and market development.

Having minimum 5 years working experience in DST/DBT/UGC/other funding agencies will be preferred.

He/ she should have outstanding academic records throughout with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in academic administration in a University system or in an equivalent position in a reputed research/academic organization.

He / She should have relevant experience in academic administration in a private university that has attained the rank of "A" or above in NAAC and should have in depth, hands on knowledge of all the criteria in NAAC assessments.

He / she must have relevant experience in development and application of quality benchmarks/parameters for the various academic and administrative activities of the University.

He/she may have sound knowledge about the computer, data management and its various functions such as usage for effective communication.

Candidates having minimum 5 years working experience as IQAC Coordinator will be preferred.

Director - International Relations/ Corporate Relations

PhD from a reputed University preferred but not necessary. Age should be below 60.

Preference would be given to candidate having at least 10 years of proven track record in similar positions with a reputed University / Higher Educational Institution.

Candidates are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must have an intimate knowledge of the higher education landscape in India and abroad.

Associate Professor

Eligibility: An eminent scholar with Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and age should be below 60.

A minimum of eight years of teaching experience in university/college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor and/or research experience at equivalent level at the University/National level institutions/industries with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidate.

He /she must be actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 6 research publications in the peer reviewed/ UGC listed journals in last five years. He/she should have a total research score of 120 as per the criteria as per UGC PBAS form.

To avail a special pay scale that is nearly double that of the existing pay scale the candidate must possess the following additional criteria –
  • The candidate must obtain 60% marks in all standards.
  • The candidate must be NET /SLET / SET / equivalent qualified
