An intriguing seminar on 'Patent and Copyright in Innovation' conducted by IIC in collaboration with School of Law

The common man must be aware about the intellectual property rights (IPRs). On November 30, the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) in collaboration with the School of Law organised a seminar on 'Patent and Copyright in Innovation'.

The session was conducted by Bivas Chatterjee, Learned Counsel, High Court of Calcutta. The insights from the session will certainly enlighten the students to spread the awareness among people. Chatterjee also highlighted the cyber security related dangers and how the domain associated with the crime related laws can be an area of interest for the young budding lawyers.

The session was an enlightening one for the students as they got an idea of the cybercrime domain and one can pursue a successful legal career in the field!
