Law Court Procedures Workshop

Law Court Procedures Workshop

In a remarkable initiative by the Department of Law at Brainware University, we had the honour of hosting Hon'ble Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta, Former Chief Justice of the High Court of Hyderabad for the States of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.

Hon’ble Chancellor Phalguni Mookhopadhayay also met with him and gifted him the book titled, 'Applications of Computational Intelligence in Law & Criminology’ that bears the proceedings of the 1st National Conference organised by the Department of Law.

Justice Sengupta, a self-proclaimed 'grey-haired student' amongst us, brought an unparalleled zeal and wisdom to our students. His presence was not just enlightening but truly inspiring.

During the workshop, Justice Sengupta posed a thought-provoking question to our eager students - "What is court all about?" This marked the beginning of an insightful journey into the inner workings of the courtroom.

With his signature style and eloquence, he unfolded the intricate practices and procedures that govern the courtroom. Each word he shared was a gem of knowledge, leaving our students enriched and empowered.

This workshop was more than just an event; it was a profound learning experience that will resonate with our students for years to come. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Justice Sengupta for gracing us with his wisdom.
