Admission FAQ

The admission procedure to Brainware University is student-friendly and hassle-free:

• Completely online process:
  • Fully online application and admission process: Students can complete all the stages of admission from applying to appearing for the online Brainware Eligibility Test, taking admission and uploading documents through online mode only.
• Flexible and easy payment options for admissions:
  • Booking by paying a nominal fee of Rupees 5000/- for all programmes.
• Scholarship:
  • Study grants in the form of scholarships will also be offered on the basis of merit. For example, someone seeking admission to BTech can seek a study grant or scholarship on the basis of 10+2 (eligibility qualification) and Class X (qualification prior to 10+2).
• Document submission:
  • All required documents will be submitted whenever the result is declared by the board/university from where the student is pursuing previous qualification, maybe in August/September or even later. The university will consider it for admission verification. However, eligibility requirements will have to be fulfilled in all cases.

Yes, you can take provisional admission without final grades/ marks. However, you need to fulfil the eligibility criteria once your board/university declares the result.

You can take provisional admission and confirm your seat by paying a nominal fee of Rs 5,000 for all programmes which would be adjusted against your programme fee for the semester.

Filling in all the details of the online application or admission form is compulsory, except hostel requirement.

One can now visit the university campus on any working day from 10 am to 6 pm.

Brainware University offers more than 50 different programmes in various disciplines and you can transfer to a programme that fulfils your eligibility criteria or you can apply for a refund. You will get the refund as per the university refund policy.

You can rectify the application form before admission. After admission, contact the Admission Department, they will correct the information in your form.

Yes, you have to qualify for the Brainware Eligibility Test. It is an MCQ-based test. Please see BET for details.

For the application, you have to fill up an online form. Later on, you have to submit your testimonials, Aadhaar card and photo.

The classes are about to start in the coming month for the academic year 2023-2024.

1. Fill up the application form.
2. Qualify for the Brainware Eligibility Test (BET).
3. Send all the documents as soft copies (required for admission) to Admission Department’s mail ID. admission@brainwareuniversity.ac.in .
4. Make payment (through NEFT, IMPS, UPI) and send the payment details to the Accounts Department’s mail ID accounts@brainwareuniversity.ac.in
5. Complete the procedure of the "Anti-Ragging form". Our admission cell will guide you on this.
6. Brainware University will issue Admission Letter to confirm the completion of the admission procedure.
