- Counselling and guidance services will be offered in online mode, in person, via telephone helplines, or through group sessions, based on circumstances.
- Records of students identified as vulnerable or stress-prone will be maintained, with tailored resilience-building exercises provided.
- The SSC will function as a single-window system to address relevant student concerns.
- A dedicated counselor will be appointed to address mental health-related issues.
- The SSC will focus on mental health and well-being during key transitional phases, such as examinations and career-related milestones, ensuring a reasonable student-to-counselor ratio.

- The university website will be updated with details of the SSC, including its functions, contact numbers, and email addresses.
- The SSC will coordinate with the Equal Opportunity Cell, SC/ST Cell, and Gender Sensitization Cell to provide comprehensive support to students.
