A one-day State Level CME on ‘Reducing Artefacts in CT & MRI: Corrective Methods and Best Practices’ was jointly organised by Department of School of Allied Health Sciences and the Indian College of Radiological Technology (ICRT), bringing together industry experts and academic leaders to train the next generation of imaging professionals.

Distinguished Chief Guest, Dr. Bibartan Saha, MD, FIAMS, Consultant Radiologist and Councillor, Barasat Municipality, emphasized the importance of precision in diagnostic imaging and the evolving role of AI in reducing artefacts while Prof. S. Pannerselvam, Registrar, ICRT and Adjunct Faculty of Medical Physics at SRIHER, Chennai, shared invaluable insights on radiological physics and protocol optimisation.
