A workshop on 'Women's Empowerment: Motivational Bio-sketch of Achievers' was organised by IIC in collaboration with the Department of Law and Gender Sensitisation Cell was organised on May 18, 2023.
Dr. Madhumita Mohanty, Professor, IISWBM addressed some of the common issues with her spontaneous lecture. "What is empowerment? And what is woman empowerment?" she asked. "It means what I want; I can do!"
In an interesting manner, Dr. Mohanty decoded the boost behind performance! Ability with motivation instigates performance. Dr. Mohanty also raised the issue - 'Are women entrepreneurs different from their male counterparts?"
