To mark National Librarian’s Day on August 12, the Brainware University Library hosted a session on integrating Artificial Intelligence and digital tools in research and knowledge discovery.

Librarian Ms. Bandana Basu opened the event, highlighting the evolving role of libraries in the digital era. The Guest of Honour Dr. Deepshikha Datta, Director–Research, emphasized digital fluency and the university’s commitment to tech-driven research excellence.

The keynote by Dr. Sukumar Mandal, Assistant Professor, Department of Library and Information Science, The University of Burdwan showcased AI and bibliometric tools in academic research, offering practical insights into the future of digital scholarship.
