Career in Law: Learning from the Leader
Brainware University’s national-level workshop ‘Career in Law: Learning from the Leader’, organised by the Department of Law and the university’s Campus to Corporate Cell (C2C) brought our students face-to-face with one of the finest minds in the legal fraternity — Ashok Kumar Dhandhania, President of the Bar Association, High Court, Calcutta.
With years of courtroom experience, landmark case expertise, and mentorship across generations of advocates, Dhandhania delivered more than just a lecture. He offered a masterclass in professional insight, courtroom ethics, and the evolving role of young lawyers in a fast-changing world. Dhandhania highlighted the importance of internships, legal research, and moot court involvement, while providing real-world examples of how young advocates can build credibility.
With his Practical advice on litigation and corporate law pathways, this workshop became a vital stepping stone for Brainware law students aspiring to make a meaningful impact in the justice system.
