What the future managers must know?

In order to move forward and achieve success - the goal setting is very important. In the corporate field, goal setting process is imperative to all employees.

On March 11, 2023, to discuss the importance of goal setting process, the Campus-to-Corporate cell of the university organaised a seminar on 'Contemporary Approach to PMS - The Goal Setting Process' for the MBA students. Dhrubajyoti Majumdar, Regional HR Manager (East), Larsen & Toubro Ltd. conducted the session.

It was a very insightful session for the MBA students who will go on to take up managerial position in the near future.
