Esteemed speakers Prof. (Dr.) Biswanath Chakraborty, Professor at Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata and Dr. Debtanu Majee, Assistant Professor & Acting HOD of Political Science at Bidhan Chandra College, shared valuable perspectives on regional cooperation, political dynamics, and legal implications affecting SAARC nations.

The seminar fostered nuanced discussions on governance, policy-making, and international relations, highlighting both challenges and opportunities in the region.
