The Dept. of Allied Health Sciences teamed up with IIC for a two-day seminar ‘Smart Diagnostics in TB: Truenat & AI X-Rays Shaping the Future of Detection’ that had everyone talking about TB, but in the coolest way possible! Prof. Dr. Bobby Paul, Sub-Dean, Professor & Head, Preventive & Social Medicine, AIIH&PH, Kolkata, dropped some major truth bombs on the post-COVID TB scene – think Brain TB, Spinal TB, even Abdominal TB! Who knew TB could travel so much? Meanwhile, Dr. Sukanta Chakraborty, MD (Pathology), Director of Lab Services, NABL Lead Assessor, Kolkata gave us a live peek into how Truenat + AI X-Rays are changing the TB game with smart, real-time detection.
