Gender Sensitisation Cell, Brainware University

The Gender Sensitisation Cell was established with the vision of creating an inclusive and safe environment on the Brainware University campus. This initiative aims to provide a platform where individuals of all genders can come together to openly discuss their issues and challenges without fear or prejudice. By fostering open dialogue, the cell aspires to contribute to the development of a gender-just society.

Objective

The primary objectives of the Gender Sensitisation Cell include breaking down gender stereotypes and ensuring that the campus is a welcoming and supportive space for people of diverse gender and sexual identities. Through various programs, workshops, and discussions, the cell seeks to raise awareness about gender issues, promote equality, and cultivate a culture of respect and understanding among all members of the university community.

In the long run, the Gender Sensitisation Cell envisions a campus where everyone, regardless of their gender or sexual identity, feels safe, respected, and valued.
