Redefining Success
To help students prepare for the job market and understand the market scenario, a virtual industry visit was organized on April 2, 2021 by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in collaboration with Institute Innovation Council from 10 AM.
Industry experts including Shamik Halder, Ashish Gaurav Sharma, Sanjukta Paul Dutta, Subhendu Saha, Sujit Sankar Kundu, Vikas Kumar Sahu through their extensive knowledge and experience provided the students with deep insights about how technology is used in both Telecom and ICT industries.
The speakers initiated the event by briefing the students about latest telecommunication strategies, the various information and communication technologies that are currently in use. “ ICT in the next decade is going to be the dominant trend in the IT market. Start gaining certifications in the job market.” Paul added.
Students enthusiastically participated and interacted during the virtual industrial visit. The department hopes to continue the good start of implementing more industrial visits in the future and continue the journey of skill enhancement for students.
