Debate Competition: Rebuttal Rebels

To foster critical thinking skills and argumentative abilities, the Communication Club of Brainware University organized Rebuttal Rebels: A Debate Competition on May 31, 2022. The teams debated on a wide range of topics and presented diverse perspectives. The topics ranged from Daily Soaps are taking a toll on Indian families to Women empowerment is responsible for debates today.

Through the course of the programme the participants skillfully tried to validate their points of their argument by providing appropriate justification. This ability to speak in public is the hallmark of a true professional.

Subham Chatterjee and Safiza Mondol were declared as the winners while Pratap Adhikary got the critics’ choice awards for his commendable performance.
