Quality Management for customer satisfaction in healthcare: Hospital Management workshop discusses important pointers

Samrat Sannyal, Joint General Manager, Quality Assurance Department conducted a workshop on 'Innovation for Qualitative Healthcare Operation' on 2nd September. The session was organised by the Department of Hospital Management and was attended by the BBA Hospital Management students.

"I understand the meaning of 'quality' in very simple terms," said Sannyal while addressing the audience and went on to explain the yardsticks of quality management in the healthcare sector in very 'simple terms'.

While explaining the quality management system, Sannyal stressed the parameters to ensure quality because ultimately this whole process is linked to customer satisfaction which is the main objective of every company.

"I didn't have the chance to attend any Hospital Management institute and had to learn everything from ground experience," he said.
