The activity “The Entrepreneurial Mindset: Resilience, Risk and Innovation” was organized to develop an entrepreneurial outlook among participants by emphasizing the importance of resilience, calculated risk-taking, creativity, adaptability, and innovation. The session focused on enabling participants to understand the significance of responding effectively to challenges, making informed decisions under uncertain circumstances, learning from failures, and developing innovative solutions to real-world problems. It also highlighted the relevance of an entrepreneurial mindset in academic, professional, and personal contexts.
The programme featured interactive discussions, practical examples, and knowledge-sharing sessions centred on entrepreneurial challenges, risk assessment, problem-solving, innovation, and overcoming setbacks. Participants were encouraged to analyse situations critically, think creatively, assess risks, and approach challenges with confidence and adaptability. The activity successfully enhanced awareness of the key attributes required for entrepreneurial thinking and reinforced that entrepreneurship extends beyond starting a business to developing a resilient, innovative, opportunity-oriented, and risk-aware mindset capable of transforming challenges into meaningful opportunities.
