The Student-Led Peer Workshop was designed to create an engaging and collaborative learning environment where students could learn from one another through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and active participation. The session focused on transforming participants from passive learners into active facilitators, enabling them to strengthen subject knowledge while developing leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Through interactive activities such as knowledge-sharing icebreakers, collaborative problem-solving sessions, peer consultations, gamified learning challenges, and reflective discussions, students actively exchanged ideas, addressed academic challenges, and built confidence in guiding and supporting their peers. The workshop successfully promoted inclusivity, academic curiosity, teamwork, and a culture of mutual learning, demonstrating the value of peer-led education in fostering both intellectual and personal growth.
