Strengthening Justice for Vulnerable Groups through Legal Aid and Awareness Law 01.04.2026
On 1st April 2026, the Department of Law at Brainware University organized a Legal Aid Camp at Hridaypur Srija to promote legal awareness and access to justice among marginalized communities, in alignment with SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
The camp benefited 28 participants, addressing key legal issues such as family disputes and general legal concerns. Sixteen law students, under faculty guidance, actively engaged in client interaction and preliminary legal assistance, gaining valuable practical exposure.
The initiative proved to be impactful, enhancing legal literacy among beneficiaries while helping students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world legal practice.
