The Department of Allied Health Sciences, Brainware University, successfully organized a one-day skill development workshop on “Translational Cancer Biomarker Detection: Integrating Molecular Diagnostics, POCT & AI-Based In-Silico Approaches”. Conducted in collaboration with SHRM Biotechnologies, the workshop aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and practical skills in advanced cancer diagnostics while bridging the gap between research and clinical applications.
The session featured expert lectures on innovations in immuno-diagnostics and translational research, followed by hands-on demonstrations of biomarker detection techniques in laboratory settings. Participants were introduced to molecular diagnostics, point-of-care testing, and AI-based analytical approaches, gaining valuable insights into modern healthcare technologies and industry practices.
Aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education), the workshop successfully promoted skill-based learning and innovation, equipping participants with practical knowledge and exposure to emerging trends in cancer diagnostics and translational research.
