The journey began at Birbhum Station where the Multimedia Department arrived in Purulia, cameras ready and curiosity wide open.
Then came Gakkocha Falls.Water rushing through the landscape. Cameras finding frames in every corner. Nature becoming the first story of the day. But the real story was waiting beyond the waterfalls.
In the masks, colours, movements and expressions of Chhau. Through the Chhau Model Shoot, Gen-Z stepped closer to a tradition that has travelled through generations—not as distant spectators, but as storytellers with a lens. Because sometimes, a photograph is more than a photograph. It becomes a time capsule. A moment captured today can introduce tomorrow’s generation to a culture they may never have witnessed firsthand.
