Poster Making Competition – How kindness change Society Mononiketan 11-08-2026

Mononiketan – Mental Health & Wellness Centre, in collaboration with the Anti-Ragging Committee, organised an online poster competition titled “How Kindness Changes Society” to encourage students to creatively explore the importance of kindness, empathy, respect, and inclusion in building a positive and supportive campus environment. The initiative aimed to create awareness about the impact of everyday behaviour on individuals and society while providing students with an opportunity to communicate positive messages through art. Participants were invited to submit either digital artwork or hand-drawn posters on A3 paper through an online Google Form. The entries focused on how small acts of kindness and respect can influence individuals, relationships, and the wider campus community and were evaluated on the basis of relevance to the theme and creativity, with two winners selected from each category.

The competition provided students with a meaningful creative platform to reflect on the importance of kindness and respectful behaviour in everyday interactions. Through their artwork, participants highlighted how empathy, inclusion, and positive actions can contribute to a safer, healthier, and more welcoming campus culture. The initiative encouraged students to express socially meaningful ideas through creativity while promoting greater awareness of mutual respect and supportive interpersonal relationships. Overall, the competition reinforced the value of kindness as an important element in strengthening a positive and inclusive campus community.
