The Mental Well-being and Awareness for NGO Beneficiaries Programme was organized to promote awareness about mental health, emotional well-being, and the importance of developing healthy coping mechanisms among the participants. The programme aimed to create a supportive environment where participants could openly understand and discuss common emotional challenges while developing greater awareness of self-care and resilience.

The session introduced participants to the fundamentals of mental health and emotional well-being, followed by interactive discussions on stress, anxiety, and their impact on everyday life. Psychoeducation was provided to help participants recognize early signs of emotional distress and understand the importance of seeking appropriate support when required. The session also focused on practical coping strategies and stress-management techniques that can be incorporated into daily routines.

The programme was successfully conducted and provided participants with meaningful insights into maintaining emotional well-being and managing everyday challenges. Through interactive discussions, awareness-building activities, and practical guidance, participants developed a better understanding of mental health and the importance of self-care, resilience, and seeking support when needed.
