Lecture Series 6 Department of Agriculture 25/07/2026
The Department of Agriculture, Brainware University, organized Lecture Series 6 as a co-curricular activity for B.Sc. (Honours) Agriculture students, featuring expert sessions by Prof. (Dr.) Gautam Saha and Mr. Saibal Mitra. The programme focused on climate-resilient agriculture, agricultural meteorology, precision farming, soil health management, sustainable crop production, and industry-oriented agricultural practices.
Through expert lectures and interactive discussions, students gained practical insights into emerging agricultural technologies, research applications, industry practices, and career opportunities. The session successfully strengthened students’ technical knowledge, research awareness, and understanding of sustainable agriculture while bridging academic learning with real-world applications.
