Intra Moot Court Competition 2026 Law 18.03.2026

The Intra Moot Court Competition 2026, organized by the School of Law at Brainware University, was held on 18th March 2026 at the Moot Court Hall (UB VI). The event served as an engaging academic platform to simulate real-life courtroom experiences and promote experiential learning in legal education.

Bringing together 33 teams of law students, the competition provided participants with an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a structured legal environment. Through rigorous rounds of arguments on contemporary legal issues, students demonstrated their skills in legal research, memorial drafting, and oral advocacy before an esteemed panel of judges.

The competition emphasized essential legal competencies such as persuasive argumentation, critical thinking, teamwork, and professional ethics. Participants were challenged to interpret case laws, respond to judicial queries, and present arguments with clarity and confidence, while constructive feedback from judges further refined their advocacy skills.

Aligned with the vision of Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, the event highlighted the importance of practical, skill-based learning and encouraged students to build confidence in public speaking and litigation practices.

The competition proved to be a highly enriching experience, effectively bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical application. It fostered confidence, professionalism, and legal acumen among students, preparing them for future careers in the legal field.
