Industry Visit to New Town Nursing Home & Diagnostics Co. Pvt. Ltd. Hospital Management 02-02-2026
The Department of Hospital Management, Brainware University, successfully organized an industry visit on 2nd February 2026 as part of its academic enrichment activities.
As per the curriculum requirements, students visited two reputed healthcare institutions:
- Newtown Nursing Home, Kolkata
- Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre and Research Institute, Kolkata
The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to hospital operations, healthcare services, and institutional management practices. Through guided tours and interactive sessions, students gained a deeper understanding of real-world healthcare systems and the administrative mechanisms that support them.
This experiential learning initiative helped bridge the gap between classroom instruction and industry practice, enhancing students’ preparedness for future professional roles in hospital and healthcare management.
