Industry visit- Manipal Hospital Hospital Management 27-10-2025
On 27th October 2025, an industry visit was arranged by the Training & Placement Cell & Hospital
Management Department. The Visit was performed at Manipal Hospitals, Kolkata, with the students of the 1st year from the Department of Hospital Management of Brainware University. The industry visit to the hospital at Manipal is conducted to provide observational exposure to administrative
practices performed by the hospital. To make a familiar introduction with the departments of the hospital, this visit is significantly needful. The students gathering theoretical knowledge will equally receive practical exposure. The students have received extensive knowledge of the diverse facilities of hospitals and their complexity.
The students have received benefits from knowing daily hospital functions and challenges to the protocols about standards that every department of a hospital follows to regulate. The industry visit has introduced students to the hospital internally, and through this exposure, the students have received an opportunity to engage in interaction with the high administrative professionals. The visit has also encouraged them to pursue their career in the hospitals, as they were informed about different
situations and challenges of hospital personnel that bring experiences to their way, which always make them more efficient and skilled.
