The Department of Multimedia, Brainware University successfully organized the Graphics New Trends Workshop to provide students with valuable insights into the latest developments and evolving trends in graphic design and digital media. Conducted by Ishita Ghosh, Senior Associate at Cognizant, the workshop aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and current industry practices by introducing students to modern design tools, workflows, and creative approaches used in professional environments. With active participation from 73 students, the session covered emerging design trends, industry practices, visual communication techniques, and evolving digital tools through presentations, expert discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions. The workshop offered students practical exposure to the changing demands of the creative industry while motivating them to strengthen their technical expertise, creative thinking, and career readiness in graphic design and digital media.
