The Department of Computational Sciences at Brainware University organized a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Generative Artificial Intelligence: Models, Applications, and Intelligent Innovations” from June 16 to 23, 2026. The programme was designed to enhance faculty understanding of Generative AI, its emerging applications, and its transformative impact on education, research, and industry.
The FDP featured expert-led sessions on Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, AI-driven research, and the integration of AI into teaching and academic innovation. Participants also explored the latest advancements in AI technologies, practical applications across diverse domains, and the ethical considerations surrounding responsible AI use.
The programme successfully strengthened participants’ knowledge of Generative AI while encouraging the adoption of AI-powered tools in teaching, research, and professional practice. Through expert insights and interactive learning, the FDP promoted continuous skill development and academic excellence in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.
