Expert Seminar on Mastering API Penetration Testing Cyber Security

The Institute of Nursing, Brainware University, in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), organised the outreach programme “Every Second Matters: CPR Awareness for Young Lifesavers” on 20 August 2026 at Natagarh Swami Vivekananda Seva Samity Vidyalaya (HS) Coed School, Panihati. The programme focused on creating awareness among school students about cardiac emergencies, the importance of immediate intervention, and the basic principles of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Through a briefing, step-by-step demonstrations, hands-on practice, interactive sessions, and a question-and-answer session, the students gained practical knowledge and confidence to respond effectively during emergency situations. With 56 external participants, the initiative promoted a culture of safety, preparedness, and responsible community participation while contributing to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 4 (Quality Education). The programme successfully highlighted the importance of timely action and early CPR, reinforcing the message that every second matters when it comes to saving a life.
