Report: Essay Writing and Poster Making Competition
The Essay Writing and Poster Making Competition was organized by the Gender Champion Club in collaboration with the Gender Sensitization Cell, Department of Law, and Department of Media Science & Journalism during the Even Semester from 01 January 2026 to 07 January 2026.
The objective of the competition was to create awareness among students about gender equality, inclusivity, and social responsibility. Students actively participated in both the essay writing and poster making segments, expressing their ideas, perspectives, and creativity on themes related to gender sensitivity and empowerment.
The competition provided a platform for students to articulate their thoughts on important social issues while also encouraging creative expression through visual communication. The posters and essays reflected strong messages advocating equality, respect, and awareness regarding gender-related concerns.
The event was successfully conducted with enthusiastic participation from students across departments, highlighting the importance of gender sensitization within the university community. Winners were selected based on originality, clarity of thought, creativity, and relevance to the theme.
