Coaster Making Competition: Turn The Ordinary Coaster into Masterpiece Art & Craft Club 1-10-2026
The Coaster Making Competition, themed “Turn the Ordinary Coaster into a Masterpiece,” was organised to encourage students to explore their creativity, imagination, and artistic skills. The competition provided a platform for participants to design and decorate coasters using different colours, materials, and artistic techniques, showcasing their originality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
The event promoted artistic expression, hands-on learning, and creative problem-solving by demonstrating how ordinary objects can be transformed into visually appealing artworks. The initiative supported SDG 4 (Quality Education) by fostering creativity and experiential learning, with potential links to SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and SDG 13 (Climate Action) through the use of recycled materials and environmentally responsible craft practices.
