Celebration of Anti-ragging Week (12th August to 18th August, 2026) Literary Club 12.08.2026
The BWU Literary Club organised a panel discussion titled “Every Voice Matters” on 12 August 2026 as part of the Anti-Ragging Week observed from 12 to 18 August 2026 at Brainware University. The session brought together teachers, administrators, psychologists, and senior and junior students to promote awareness against ragging and bullying and encourage open dialogue on creating a safe and supportive campus environment. The discussion featured two panels addressing the topics “Strict punishment is the only way to end ragging” and “Online ragging is more dangerous than physical ragging.” Students had the opportunity to listen to diverse perspectives from the panellists and actively share their own views on the issues. The highly interactive session encouraged critical thinking, awareness, and meaningful dialogue, providing students with valuable insights into the prevention of ragging and the importance of maintaining a respectful and inclusive campus community.
