Celebration of 5th Anniversary of NEP 2020 IIC Pharmaceutical Technology 29-07-2026
The Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Brainware University, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized a seminar on “Outcome-Based Pharmacy Education: Aligning NEP 2020 with Graduate Attributes and Professional Competencies” on 29 July 2026 as part of the 5th Anniversary Celebration of NEP 2020. The seminar aimed to enhance awareness of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and its role in preparing industry-ready pharmacy graduates.
The expert session focused on the principles of OBE, curriculum design, programme and course outcomes, continuous assessment, experiential learning, multidisciplinary education, and the implementation of NEP 2020 in pharmacy education. Participants actively engaged in discussions on developing graduate attributes, professional competencies, and practical skills aligned with evolving healthcare and industry requirements.
The seminar provided valuable insights into learner-centric education and outcome-based teaching practices, encouraging faculty and students to embrace innovative approaches that strengthen academic excellence, skill development, and professional readiness in pharmaceutical education.
