BrainCon 2026″-Capture The Flag Competition & Workshop on Phishing Campaign Brainware Cyber Club 11-04-2026
The Department of Cyber Science & Technology, Brainware University, successfully organized BrainCon 2026, a cybersecurity-focused event featuring a Capture The Flag (CTF) competition and a workshop on phishing awareness and prevention. The event provided students with practical exposure to real-world cybersecurity challenges and threat management.
Through hands-on activities, expert sessions, and interactive learning, participants gained valuable knowledge on cybersecurity fundamentals, phishing attacks, social engineering threats, and preventive strategies. The event also helped enhance students’ critical thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills in the cybersecurity domain.
Aligned with SDG 4: Quality Education, the initiative promoted practical learning, digital awareness, and skill development in emerging areas of cyber security and technology.
