The AI for Educators (Competency Enhancement Program) was an online initiative designed to equip non-academic staff with essential knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its practical applications in administrative work. The programme focused on strengthening digital literacy and familiarising participants with AI tools for communication, data handling, task automation, and improving workplace productivity. It also aimed to support effective decision-making and enhance efficiency in day-to-day administrative functions.
