2nd Intra Moot Court Competition, 2026 LAW 9-10-2026 to 10-10-2026
The Department of Law, Brainware University, organised the 2nd Intra Moot Court Competition, 2026, to enhance students’ legal research, analytical reasoning, advocacy, and courtroom presentation skills. The competition involved simulated judicial proceedings in which participants analysed legal issues, researched statutory provisions and judicial precedents, drafted legal submissions, and presented persuasive arguments before a simulated bench. Participants were evaluated on their legal knowledge, research, argumentation, clarity of presentation, and courtroom etiquette.
The competition provided valuable practical exposure to legal proceedings, strengthened students’ confidence and critical thinking, and bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical advocacy. The initiative promoted experiential and inclusive legal education, supporting SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality) while encouraging the development of competent, confident, and ethically responsible future legal professionals.
