Abstract

With the globe’s environmental, economic, and social problems growing, investigation into responsible nutrition is essential. With an emphasis on healthy agricultural methods, environmental effects, food waste management, and legislative structures, this analysis examines the present status of environmentally friendly food systems. The assessment also discusses new developments in food autonomy, dietary habits based on plants, and technology that aims to provide global food security while halting destruction of the environment. Guidelines for moving toward healthier and inclusive nutritional systems are included in the investigation’s conclusion.
