The Department of Multimedia celebrated World Photography Day with nothing less of a spectacle. The event kicked off with Hon’ble Chancellor Phalguni Mookhopadhayay reminiscing his days with a 2nd-hand camera and cut film. Following this, a passionate photographer, Mookhopadhayay shared his stunning photography from the sacred ghats of Varanasi to the vibrant Theyyam of Kerala, taking us on a visual pilgrimage.
From wildlife wonders with award-winning Ripan Biswas, to mountain magic with Subhamoy Ghosh, and legendary sports moments with Lopamudra Talukdar – our students were captivated by these masters of the lens.
