The one-week FDP on “PLS-SEM and Data Analysis using R” was a fruitful and enriching experience for the participants and the organizers. The FDP achieved its objective of enhancing the knowledge and skills of the participants in PLS-SEM and data analysis using R. The FDP also created a platform for academic collaboration and networking among the participants and the resource persons. The FDP concluded with the distribution of certificates and feedback forms to the articipants. The organizers thanked the participants, the resource persons, and the sponsors for their support and cooperation.
