The Department of Law, Brainware University, organized the Intra-School Moot Court Competition 2025 on 22nd and 23rd May 2025 at University Building VI, Room No. 207, from 10:00 AM onwards. The event aimed to provide law students with practical exposure to courtroom procedures and enhance their advocacy, research, and argumentation skills.
The competition offered participants a platform to simulate real-life court proceedings, preparing them for future legal challenges. Students presented their cases before an expert panel, showcasing their analytical abilities, legal drafting, and oratory skills. The event was coordinated by Ms. Krishna Ghosh and Dr. Pounami Basu, who ensured smooth conduct of the sessions. The moot court competition successfully fostered a spirit of professionalism, critical thinking, and teamwork among aspiring legal practitioners.
