9-3-2024

The session was coordinated by Mr. Sudip Saha and Mrs. Piyali Khamat, with co-coordination support from Mr. Arijit Seal and Dr. Vivek Barik. They addressed key women’s health topics including menstrual hygiene, nutritional requirements in adolescence, mental wellness, early detection of health issues, and the importance of self-care practices. The students actively interacted, asked questions and shared their experiences, which made the session engaging and meaningful. This outreach initiative encouraged young girls to prioritise their physical and emotional health and promoted awareness of personal hygiene and preventive care. The event successfully contributed to empowering young women with knowledge, supporting the spirit of International Women’s Day, and reinforcing Brainware University’s commitment to community health education and social responsibility.
