The Department of Law, Brainware University, in collaboration with IIC and C2C, organized a seminar on “Innovative Practices in Corporate Law: From M&A to Tribunal Practice” on October 15, 2025, at UB VI, Moot Court Hall (Room No. 207). The session featured Mr. Arindam Sarkar and Ms. Iram Hassan, Partners at Fox & Mandal, who discussed mergers and acquisitions, transactional lawyering, and tribunal practices.
