The Department of Civil Engineering, Brainware University, organised an industrial visit titled “From Monuments to Modern Marvels: Learn the Art of Construction” on March 7, 2025, at the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Government of India, and the Indian Museum, Kolkata. The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to construction techniques, heritage conservation, and modern infrastructure development. Participants observed on-site processes and interacted with professionals from CPWD, gaining valuable insights into project management, structural design, and sustainable construction practices.
