Growth Mindset in Entrepreneurship on National Entrepreneurship Day
The Department of Management, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Brainware University, organized a special session on “Growth Mindset in Entrepreneurship” on 18th November 2025 to mark National Entrepreneurship Day. The session featured Mr. Akash Bhattacharyya, Founder & CEO of Vk Creative – A Complete Digital Solutions, who shared his entrepreneurial journey and emphasized resilience, creativity, and adaptability as key traits for success.
Through an engaging and interactive discussion, Mr. Bhattacharyya encouraged students to embrace challenges, view failures as learning opportunities, and cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement. The talk inspired participants to develop innovative thinking and a positive approach toward problem-solving in entrepreneurship.
Aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), the event promoted experiential learning, skill development, and innovation-driven perspectives among aspiring entrepreneurs. It successfully fostered an entrepreneurial mindset and reinforced Brainware University’s commitment to nurturing future-ready, innovation-oriented leaders.
