The Department of Optometry, Brainware University, successfully organised an Outreach Camp on 1st March 2025 at Rabindra Bhavan, Barasat, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The initiative aimed to extend eye care awareness and screening services to the local community, reflecting the university’s commitment to public health and social responsibility. Faculty members and students actively participated in conducting free eye check-ups, providing counselling on vision care, and disseminating information on preventive eye health practices.
