The Department of Law, Brainware University, in collaboration with the C2C Cell, observed Constitution Day on November 27, 2024, through a symposium titled “The Power of Writs.” The session featured eminent advocates from the Calcutta High Court who discussed justice delivery mechanisms and the significance of constitutional rights.
