Industry visit tour on Varun Beverages Ltd.—The The Engine Room Experience Computer Science & Engineering

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Brainware University, under the aegis of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organised an industrial visit to Varun Beverages Pvt. Ltd. to provide students with practical exposure to beverage production and industry operations. The visit enabled students to observe water treatment, automated bottling and packaging processes while gaining insights into production, quality control, safety, and supply chain management. A technical briefing and interaction with company officials further familiarised students with operational practices, marketing, and corporate processes.
The visit helped students connect theoretical learning with real-world industrial practices and enhanced their understanding of technology, operational efficiency, and professional requirements. It promoted experiential and industry-relevant learning in alignment with IIC objectives and SDG 4 (Quality Education) while contributing to students’ technical development and career orientation.
