The Department of Hospital Management, in collaboration with IQAC, Brainware University, organised ‘Emergency Care Skills: CPR, Triage & Basic Life Support’ in association with Manipal Hospitals, Salt Lake, creating an opportunity for students to understand the fundamentals of responding to critical situations.
From learning the principles of CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) to understanding triage and emergency response, the session connected classroom knowledge with essential skills used in real-world healthcare settings.
More than a learning session, it was an opportunity to build confidence, preparedness and responsible decision-making—skills that matter when every moment counts.
Because healthcare readiness isn’t only about knowing the science.
It’s about knowing how to respond when it matters most.
